pyPEG is a quick and easy solution for creating a parser in Python programs. pyPEG uses a PEG language in Python data structures to parse, so it can be used dynamically to parse nearly every context free language. The output is a plain Python data structure called pyAST, or, as an alternative, XML.
Module::Build is a system for building, testing, and installing Perl modules. It is meant to be an alternative to ExtUtils::MakeMaker. Developers may alter the behavior of the module through subclassing in a much more straightforward way than with EU::MM. It also does not require a 'make' on your system: most of the Module::Build code is pure Perl and written in a very cross-platform way. In fact, you don't even need a shell, so even platforms like Mac OS (traditional) can use it fairly easily.
Sigma Visual builder is a WYSIWYG tool for rapid Web application design and involved script programming. With this powerful builder, Web applications can be developed using only drag and drop, just like what you do in VB or Delphi. More than 35 common AJAX components, including Tabs, Dialog, TreeGrid, TimeLine, and many other Web GUI components are supported. Its rich client-side API works with any backend (such as PHP, .NET, Java, or Python) or static HTML pages. The generated application has wide cross-browser compatibility.
KerBlue offers a development architecture which enables one to design a sustainable Web application, taking into account that technologies will change. This architecture is split up into 5 parts: the Sustainable Virtual Application (SVA), the Sustainable Virtual Application Generator (SVAG), the Sustainable Virtual Framework (SVF), the Sustainable Concrete Application Generator (SCAG), and the Target Technical Platform (TTP).
RbUtils is a development tool which provides utilities for Java ResourceBundles. RbChecker checks if a properties file has a corresponding ResourceBundle that can be loaded from the classpath. RbContentLister displays the content of a ResourceBundle. RbGenerator generates Java ResourceBundle source file by processing properties file.
mutest is a micro unit testing framework for C (with some C++ support). It is easy to use and has no dependencies. The idea is simple: a source file is a test suite, and a function is a test case (special functions can be used for test suite initialization and termination) that can can have several checks. Checks comes in 2 flavors: one that only prints an error, and one that terminates the current test case too. A (normally) automated test program run all the test suites and prints some stats. It fails (returns non-zero) if any test suite fails.
