Java GetOpt Generator is a tool that generates a command-line argument parser from an XML file. Both a "parser" and "config" class are generated, which allows your program to either be launched from the command-line or programmatically configured and executed from another Java application. GetOpt Generator is self-hosting, meaning that it uses itself to generate its command-line parser.
Project-Builder is a tool that helps you build packages of your application (managed with a tar file or a configuration management system such as CVS, Subversion, Mercurial, or GIT). It is able to generate a build package skeleton for your project. With simple configuration files, it can generate for up to 20 different tuples of distributions (name, version, architecture), including Fedora, Mandriva, OpenSuSE, Debian, Ubuntu, Gentoo, and Slackware. It is a good tool for doing continuous packaging.
BOUML is a UML 2 tool box that allows you to specify and generate code in C++, Java, IDL, and PHP. BOUML is very fast and doesn't require much memory to manage several thousands of classes. BOUML is extensible, and the external tools (named plug-outs) can be written in C++ or Java, using BOUML for their definition as any other program. UML models can be exported to HTML pages, including PNG or SVG graphics.
