The Noble Ape Simulation is a collection of a number of autonomous simulation components including a landscape simulation, biological simulation, weather simulation, sentient creature (Noble Ape) simulation, and a simple intelligent-agent scripting language (ApeScript). Noble Ape also contains a social simulation where the Noble Apes can be tracked in terms of social groups and also over many generations to explain social phenomenon to users looking to study this kind of interaction. It has been in development for more than a fifteen years.

It frees up your browser for other tasks by reducing the load on your Web browser's process by creating a thread just for downloading items.(e.g. firefox-bin, safari). It is tested on both Panther (10.3.9) and Leopard (10.5).
Voila is a comprehensive screen capturing tool. It is built to grab, edit, organize, and share interesting contents from the user's desktop screens or the contents of web pages. Voila can be used to create presentations, tutorials, or documents quickly from various types of contents present locally on the user's computer or from the Internet. Voila captures contents either in full or in selected areas of the desktop screen. Web contents can be captured along with the associated metadata such as URL and tags. Live actions can also be captured into a movie in many standard formats. Voila offers a host of tools to edit and annotate. These tools help users to make their captures more informative and also increase their visual appeal. Users can create smart collections (i.e. rule-based folders) to organize content based on tags and description. It also facilitates instant sharing of work via FTP, SFTP, YouTube, Flickr, or email.
Instavue extracts the Instaviz diagrams from the user's iPhone or iPod Touch backups. The user can then choose to print the diagrams or export them to any of these vector and bitmap formats: BMP, EPS, GIF, Graphviz, JPEG, PNG, PostScript, SVG, TIFF, Visio VDX, or VML. PDFSlide is an application for displaying PDF-based presentations, such as those created by Beamer. It includes a presenter mode with current and next views. The timer view shows the current time and the elapsed presentation time. Apple Remote support is also included, which allows the presentation to be remotely controlled.
BackupLoupe helps you analyze the time and space used by Apple's Time Machine facility and gives you greater control over the backup process. It can quickly identify the items which take up the most space. Its history feature shows how many versions of an item are available and when they were saved, as well as allowing quick navigation between versions. Drag and drop can be used to restore items to any location. Backed up items can be revealed in the Finder. File types are instantly identified. Files can be previewed and opened. Items can be excluded from future backups without opening Time Machine's preferences. Multiple Time Machine disks can be handled, as can backups in non-standard locations.
