PulkoCMS is a small and lightweight CMS. Instead of using a database for storing your pages, it relies on the standard Unix filesystem features. With fewer than 500 lines of code, it is easy to customize and alter for your own needs. It generates valid XHTML pages. It features a shoutbox, comments on all articles, categories (a 2-level system), hidden pages, easy customization of the appearance via CSS, and a simple photo gallery. It can send you notifications through XMPP/Jabber when someone posts a comment on your Website.
Vunsy is a very easy content management system and a dynamic Web site designer that entirely removes the need for a Web design program. Its purpose is to enable the user to make a site quickly by using widgets and layouts. It allows you to assign permissions to every piece of content. These permissions can control such things as viewing and deleting the content.
PCMS is a content management system (CMS) for PHP programmers to build Web sites. It uses no HTML, XML, or special markup scripts. Templates are built in PHP as a block structure mirroring what you see on the page, using a library of PHP classes corresponding to HTML tags. The package includes an easy-to-use content editor (fckeditor) for use by customers to manage their own Web sites online. Full documentation is provided and a limited number of free subdomains are available in which you can evaluate the product without having to install it on your own server.
Bricolage greatly simplifies the complex tasks of creating, managing, and publishing vast libraries of content. With advanced features such as fully-configurable workflows, customizable document types, and comprehensive Perl and PHP templating support, it has been designed from the ground up to scale to meet the demanding needs of large organizations around the world.
FeinCMS is an extremely stupid content management system. It knows nothing about content - just enough to create an admin interface for your own page content types. It lets you reorder page content blocks using a drag-drop interface, and you can add as many content blocks to a region (e.g. the sidebar, the main content region, or something else). It provides helper functions, which provide ordered lists of page content blocks. Adding your own content types is extremely easy.
