SOAP.py is an implementation of SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) in Python. It includes a general SOAP Parser based on sax.xml ( requires Python 2.0 ), a general SOAP Builder, a SOAP Proxy for RPC client code, and SOAP Server framework for RPC server code. SOAP.py handles all of the types in the BDG, handles faults, allows namespace specification, and SOAPAction specification. It supports Homogeneous typed arrays, multiple schemas, the mustUnderstand and actor headers, XML attributes, Multi-referencing. SOAP.py also has good interoperability and passes all client tests for Frontier, SOAP::LITE, and SOAPRMI encodings.
Pods is a peer-to-peer resource sharing system which allows users to share any resource through the use of an XML-based protocol. The node natively supports disk storage and batch processing, allowing anybody to submit a task to be processed by the entire network. Basic command-line and GTK+ clients are included.

Helpme is a small stand-alone program that allows a node to use the standard PC speaker, both to signal that a problem has been detected and to render arbitrary alphanumeric text using either Morse code or the NATO phonetic alphabet. The input syntax allows repeating messages and more.
DJFractal is yet another fractal generator which distributes fractal data to multiple computers. Fractal data are created locally and distributed to other computers that run the appropriate fractal-generation software, which may be hosted on workstations, or on a Java enabled Web-browser through applets, or on a system with JavaCard. Xi-Batch is a very flexible job scheduling and workload management system. It provides time-based scheduling as well as load management, dependency-based job execution, and job prioritization. Each job's environment (environment variables and I/O default paths) is established by the system based on user ID. It can manage jobs in a single server or across a network of any number of servers, even different UNIX/Linux platforms. It can be controlled by CLI, a GUI (Motif), A Windows client, a Web-browser, or through an API. It works as an intelligent job dispatcher in grids or other server clusters.
