The output includes project name, version, build host types, build host name, and indication of success or failure. The output is indexed in many ways to simplify browsing.
Unified Parallel C (UPC) is an extension of the C programming language designed for high performance computing on large-scale parallel machines. The language provides a uniform programming model for both shared and distributed memory hardware. The programmer is presented with a single shared, partitioned address space, where variables may be directly read and written by any processor, but each variable is physically associated with a single processor. UPC uses a Single Program Multiple Data (SPMD) model of computation in which the amount of parallelism is fixed at program startup time, typically with a single thread of execution per processor. Berkeley UPC provides a portable, high-performance compiler for developing UPC software on systems ranging from clusters to custom supercomputers and even laptop-grade systems.
The Bioinformatics Benchmark System is an attempt to build a reasonable testing framework, tests, and data, to enable end users and vendors to probe the performance of their systems. It is not trying to be the last word in informatics benchmarking, as there are simply too many codes, tests, data sets, and databases. The goal is to create a core of tests that all may download and use to probe specific elements of system performance. The end goal is to enable a pluggable set of tests, including the core tests, so that performance data may be gathered.

ClusTerm is used to SSH into a cluster of systems and execute the same command on all the systems. It combines a number of Gnome Terminal Widgets (VTE) in a single graphical window and copies the input to one terminal to all other terminals. It shows the differences between different terminals. Different layouts: table, row, column, and notebook. It is a GNOME application based on libvte.

It is written mainly for the Debian distribution but should be portable (without too much difficulties) to other distributions or Unixes as well. It consists of a number of shell scripts to perform the desired actions. With it you can handle users, add ssh-public-keys, patch the system, update things using cfengine, install files (overriding other package files), and more.
