Sql2xml is a CGI program that lets you request a SQL query and convert it to JSON, CSV, XML or INI through a Web server. Sql2xml supports requests from multiple users and for multiple databases. It is intended for developers who do not have direct access to database servers due to firewalls or other restrictions.

It could be helpful to authors in the phantastic genre in general. It features a fully customizable template, free date definitions, freeform party relations, freeform place relations, and freely definable event categories.
PyWebLib is a Web programming framework for Python. The module package pyweblib consists of several submodules, including a pyweblib.forms class library for handling input, pyweblib.session for server-side Web session handling, pyweblib.sslenv to retrieve SSL-related environment variables, and pyweblib.httphelper for very basic HTTP functions/classes.
fastcgi++ is a C++ library for developing Web applications in C++ with the FastCGI protocol. This library does not support the old CGI protocol. It effectively manages simultaneous requests without the need for multiple threads. Session data is organized into meaningful data types as opposed to a series of text strings. Internationalization and Unicode support is another priority. The library is templated to allow internal wide character use, while converting down to UTF-8 upon transmission to the client.
eval2 is a real-time evaluator for PHP. It is designed to be a debugging tool. Code is executed server-side as the user types and results are returned via AJAX. It comes with a limited textarea WYSIWYG code editor with tab, shift-tab indentation, and a GUI MySQL browser. It requires Firefox.

It doesn't require a database, yet offers multiple lists, import and export from CSV, file attachments, drafts, AJAX subscribe gadgets, administrator email notifications, MD5 protected logins, and batched deliveries that can be driven by a cron job.
faceservice.cgi is a CGI program for detecting faces on the Web. You can post an image or an image URL to it, and the program will respond to you with the locations of the faces it has found. faceservice uses the OpenCV library to do the actual detection, libcurl for downloading of images, and libcgicc for the CGI interfacing. It has only been tested to work on Linux.
