DAPACT (Data Aware Processing And Control Tags) is a set of JSP tags for simplifying the display of dynamic content in JSP pages. It focuses on retrieving data to be displayed, iterating over that data, and in providing control tags for changing what is displayed. (Though the initial 0.2 release does not have the control tags yet.)
Datalus allows the user to build complicated Web applications using simple XML descriptions and short scripts. It abstracts much of the back end tedium from the process in an effort to prevent constant duplication of effort. Datalus is a PHP based Web API designed to streamline object handling (loading, saving, querying, displaying, and editing), abstract the data from both its display structure and layout, and allow the target data to be delivered to any supported format without special handling logic or translation.
Form to Email Messenger (fem.cgi) is a form-to-email program that uses the CGI module and sendmail. It features the abilities to set the field order in the message and have fields sorted in the message, multiple recipients of the message, and the ability to limit the domains that can use the form.
The Perl Embedding Engine is a Perl-based template engine that allows embedded Perl code in HTML templates similar to PHP, JSP, etc. It is simple, flexible, and easy-to-use, and supports 2 modes of operation: offline generation and dynamic interpretation. Unlike many template engines, it only has 3 special tags so parsing is a breeze and it generates plain Perl code.
FormMagick is a set of Perl modules intended to ease the task of writing multi-page Web forms. It takes a description of the form (fields, validation to perform on each field, etc) in XML format and generates HTML on the fly. Other features include templates for changing the "look and feel" of your forms, and the ability to easily localise your text for other languages.
