E*Reminders is a series of PHP scripts that interact with a MySQL database to setup email reminders for any events or occasions you'd like. It includes recurring reminders, advance notices, and password authentication for email addresses. It can be used for an entire company, as a service for Internet users on your site, or privately.
eDB is a very simple and easy-to-use collection of Perl 5 CGI scripts to perform searches on a flat-file database. Search results are displayed using HTML templates that can be modified to fit the user's needs. Pattern-based searches can be refined by using a range of values of a user-specified field. If desired, search results can be displayed using a paging procedure.
FutureSQL is a Rapid Application Development web database administration tool written in Perl. FutureSQL allows one to easily setup config files to view, edit, delete and otherwise process records from a MySQL database. It uses a data dictionary, configuration files and html templates, and allows "pre-processing" and "post-processing" on both fields, records and operations. It allows multiple views and operations on a data set, including the use of joined tables for queries and reports. A demo application with most of the features is included.
GeneWeb is a system for people who want to publish their genealogy data on the Web. It can also be used locally (not connected on the net) as a normal genealogy program. It uses very efficient techniques of relationship and consanguinity computing, speaks several languages, and can run in conjunction with an existing Web server (CGI) or standalone using its own internal server.
Websqlbrowse is a web-based SQL database browser. Browses may be restricted and customized, and records may be added, edited, or deleted. Websqlbrowse currently works only with MySQL. While it is not currently in active development, it's still a fast, lightweight DB interface that is fairly easy to set up and is currently in use by quite a few people around the globe.
The JGenerator is a Web server production application that can dynamically combine text, graphics, and sound to build rich Flash content. It is a free alternative to and analog of Macromedia Generator. It supports most of the Macromedia Generator features, uses the same data format and the same set of commands, and emulates its behavior.
CLIP is a Clipper/XBase compatible compiler with initial support other xBase dialects. It features support for international languages and character sets. It also features OOP, a multiplatform GUI based on GTK/GTKextra, all SIX/Comix features (including hypertext indexing), SQL and ODBC drivers, a C-API for third-party developers, a few wrappers for popular libraries (such as BZIP, GZIP, GD, Crypto, and Fcgi), a multitasking client and application server based on TCP/IP sockets, object data base utilities, and a functions library.
X2c is an Xbase compiler that creates executable programs from Xbase source on any Unix or C platform. This is accomplished by creating C source from the Xbase source, compiling, and linking with included Xbase function libraries. Whilst the C source is considered an intermediate stage for X2c, it can be used and developed as any other C source. The X2c dialect of Xbase accepts virtually all statements from Borland (was Ashton-Tate), dBASE III PLUS, Computer Associates (was Nantucket), Clipper (Summer '87), and Microsoft (was Fox Software) FoxBASE (2.1). Selected Foxpro statements are also supported.

The built-in object database robustly supports millions of objects and indexed access to those objects, both through disk files and networked servers.
