Rivet CGI allows Rivet applications to run as a CGI, either automatically (i.e., no modifications to the applications themselves from "mod_rivet") from Apache, as a standalone CGI under any Web server, or as a standalone HTTP server itself. It can be used to build Web applications that can be distributed and executed as a single file in either CGI or Standalone HTTP mode.
Pixane is an image processing library for Tcl that allows the scripting of all kind of image transformations. It supports reading from and writing to a large set of file formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, WBMP, etc) and provides anti-aliased text rendering and a set of built-in fonts. It doesn't requires Tk, so it can be used to easily generate images dynamically from CGI. Binaries are provided for many platforms as dynamic libraries with no external dependencies for easy deployment. It is also a core component of the eTcl distribution.

sendPGPMail.cgi is a small CGI script for sending an encrypted PGP email message to a predefined receiver from an HTTPS secured Web page. The typical use of this script is to provide the users of a secure Web site the possibility to send a secure email to a predefined employee of a company. The CGI script gets its input from an HTML form and passes it on to gpg. The message and its attachments are encrypted using the PGP public key of the predefined receiver.
