Morcego is a 3D graph browser for viewing and navigating any graph-like structure. Examples of such structures include social networks, site maps, hierarchies, and genealogy trees. It currently only support simple graphs. It's already integrated into TikiWiki. Morcego is not meant to provide a solution for the end user, but to be embedded in a Web application by developers. It's a Java applet that communicates with an XML-RPC server to load the graph that is displayed.

RTK (Ruckus Tool Kit) is a high-performance, Perl-based, dynamic, content-generation system. It provides a nearly transparent bridge between HTML-based code pages and traditional CGI-based systems. It has been designed to automatically take advantage of existing systems, such as basic CGI, Apache's mod_perl, FastCGI, and SpeedyCGI, but does not require such systems for high-performance optimization.
Webwidgets is a framework for writing Web applications as if they were desktop applications. It employs the same programming paradigm as GTK, Qt, etc. with a tree of widgets with callbacks for events such as a button press. It encapsulates page loads, session data, form handling, etc. into widgets with their own state. Webwidgets is focused on code reuse, rapid prototyping, and separation between graphic design, interaction design, and application logic. It is implemented in Python and uses the Webware application server framework.
Open Flash Chart is a program for creating charts in Flash to display in Web pages. You can create bar, line, area, and pie charts. It also includes server side classes to help generate the data file used as input. At the moment, there are classes for PHP, Perl, .NET, Java, Ruby (and Rails), and Python.
ppDrag is a drag'n'drop plugin for jQuery, which mimics the interface of jQuery UI's Draggable. It currently supports a small subset of its options, but the implementation is different, since ppDrag focuses on performance. All major existing browsers are supported. This includes IE6/7, Firefox1/2/3, Opera, Konqueror, Safari, and others.
Yaacfi is an authentication, authorization, and access control filter for J2EE Web applications. This filter loosely emulates J2EE servlet container role based security with some extensions, and allows to easily implement login procedures for much more complicated user interaction schemes than the standard container-based security form login procedure. These schemas are required to provide cookie login, openid login, explicit login, etc. The filter is completely compatible with Struts.
