OpenSearchServer is a stable, high-performance search engine and a suite of high-powered full text search algorithms. Documents can be indexed in sixteen languages. Multi-lingual analyzers slice sentences into words, then run lemmatisation algorithms on words based on the document's language. Numerous document formats are supported, such as XML, HTML/XHTML, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, RTF, OpenOffice, plain text, MP3/4, Ogg, FLAC, etc. The Web interface, built around the Zkoss framework, provides an easy way to manage OSS. The integration is fast using the PHP client or the API (XML over HTTP). The crawlers of OpenSearchServer go through Web sites, file systems, and databases to rapidly and easily build your index.
librsb is a library for sparse matrix computations featuring the Recursive Sparse Blocks (RSB) matrix format. This format allows cache-efficient and multithreaded (that is, shared memory parallel) operations on large sparse matrices. The most common operations necessary to iterative solvers are available (matrix-vector multiplication, triangular solution, rows/columns scaling, diagonal extraction/setting, blocks extraction, norm computation, formats conversion). The RSB format is especially well-suited for symmetric and transposed multiplication variants. On these variants, librsb has been found to be faster than Intel MKL's implementation for CSR. Most numerical kernels code is auto-generated, and the supported numerical types can be chosen by the user at buildtime. librsb implements the Sparse BLAS standard, as specified in the BLAS Forum documents.
crtmpserver it is a high performance streaming server able to stream (live or recorded) in the following technologies: to and from Flash (RTMP, RTMPE, RTMPS, RTMPT, RTMPTE), to and from embedded devices (such as iPhone and Android), from surveillance cameras, and with IP-TV using MPEG-TS and RTSP/RTCP/RTP protocols. Also, crtmpserver can be used as a high performance rendesvous server. For example, it enables you to do audio/video conferencing, online gaming, online collaboration, and simple or complex chat applications.
The Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System is a set of software tools, libraries, and applications developed collaboratively and used worldwide to create distributed soft real-time control systems for scientific instruments such as a particle accelerators, telescopes, and other large scientific experiments.
