EasyCapture is a simple image hosting and capturing script that makes it easier to host and link to images. It is useful for people that post on forums, LiveJournal, or ebay. In only two steps, the script hosts the image and creates a thumbnail and the HTML needed to post the image.
Axmjpeg retrieves JPEG images from an MJPEG over HTTP stream that conforms to the "Axis Video API, HTTP Interface Specification." Each captured JPEG image may be written to a file or piped through to a shell command for further processing. It also supports time-based retrieval, where one image per specified interval is captured.

Lluzhionne is a very configurable Webcam program that can apply randomly selected captions, dates, and filters to images before uploading them. It comes with a default set of filters that use NetPBM and ImageMagick; others can be easily added. It can upload images using SCP. It supports Casio digital cameras, YUV420P Video4Linux devices, and grabbing images supplied by an external Webcam program. It does not require X11. It has been tested using the Casio QV-10A digital camera and the Phillips (pwc driver) Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000.
fastcgi-gallery is a Web gallery based on Apache::Gallery, but is hacked for usage with Perl FastCGI scripts. Therefore, this version is about 10x quicker (with cache turned on) than Apache::Gallery. With the best template system (Template-Toolkit) you can customize your gallery as you wish; for example, you can create a multi-language gallery. A database is not used; everything is stored in files. Output and generated thumbnails are cached for speed optimization.
pHoToMoLo is a toolset for managing JPEG images in JFIF or Exif format. Photomolo generates a static HTML 4.01- and CSS 1-based multi-resolution image gallery for a directory tree containing images. Exifiron losslessly compresses and corrects the orientation of Exif JPEG images. Jpegnail removes or embeds thumbnails. Jpegcom lets you edit embedded image comments using any text editor and image viewer. A shell script frontend for Exifiron is included for copying images from removable storage, such as USB or Compact Flash.
