breloc does binary edits on files to relocate compiled-in prefixes, padding with extra slashes to make up for differences in the length of the prefixes. In order for breloc to be most effective, a binary package should be configured with a prefix that has a lot of extra slashes at the end of it. beloc is distributed as part of the nsbd package, but it is also quite useful independently.

The goal of bttvgrab is to provide high-quality grabbing suitable for video recording. Currently, this is accomplished by trying hard not to leave out a single frame, and to catch temproary delays by buffering several frames. In the future, synchronized sound will be part of it. The Bubbling Load Monitor (or "Bubblemon" for short) is a system load monitor for the GNOME panel. It looks like a vial containing water. The water level indicates how much (electronic) memory is in use. The color of the liquid indicates how much swap space is used. The amount of bubbles reflects the system CPU load. A message in a bottle indicates there is unread mail. A reed-like graph shows I/O load. On multi-core systems the CPU with the highest load will bubble in the middle, and the others on the sides, so it's possible to see how well load gets distributed between CPUs.

BusyBox combines tiny versions of many common UNIX utilities into a single small executable. It provides minimalist replacements for most of the utilities you usually find in GNU fileutils, shellutils, etc. The utilities in BusyBox generally have fewer options than their full-featured GNU cousins; however, the options that are included provide the expected functionality and behave very much like their GNU counterparts. BusyBox provides a fairly complete POSIX environment for any small or embedded system.
