Doxygen is a cross-platform, JavaDoc-like documentation system for C++, C, Objective-C, C#, Java, IDL, Python, PHP, VHDL, and Fortran. Doxygen can be used to generate an on-line class browser (in HTML) and/or an off-line reference manual (in LaTeX or RTF) from a set of source files. Doxygen can also be configured to extract the code-structure from undocumented source files. This includes dependency graphs, class diagrams and hyperlinked source code. This type of information can be very useful to quickly find your way in large source distributions.
ICU provides a Unicode implementation, with functions for formatting numbers, dates, times, and currencies (according to locale conventions, transliteration, and parsing text in those formats). It provides flexible patterns for formatting messages, where the pattern determines the order of the variable parts of the messages, and the format for each of those variables. MUSCLE (Multi User Server Client Linking Environment) is an N-way messaging server and networking API. It includes client-side networking APIs for various languages, including C, C++, C#, Delphi, Java, and Python. MUSCLE lets programs communicate over a network via streams of serialized Message objects. The included server program ("muscled") lets its clients message each other and store information in its server-side hierarchical database. The database supports flexible queries via hierarchical wildcarding, and "live" updates via a subscription mechanism.
GluCat is a library of template classes that model the universal Clifford algebras over the field of real numbers, with arbitrary dimension and arbitrary signature. It implements a model of each Clifford algebra corresponding to each non-degenerate quadratic form up to a maximum set by the user. GluCat classes are designed to be used as template parameters for other template libraries. GluCat includes the PyClical extension module for Python. This implements the Python classes index_set and clifford, which interface to corresponding C++ classes in GluCat.

Grlib is an implementation of generative grammars and turtle graphics. The grammars (Lindenmayer systems) are used to produce descriptions of three dimensional objects, and the turtle is used to display them (i.e., generate images in several forms, such as bitmap, PostScript, or OpenGL).
