Hogwash is a layer 2 packet scrubber based on the snort signature engine. Hogwash sits in line, and drops packets based on signature matches. The rule set will be familiar to anyone that has used snort before. Hogwash supports passive host identification and adaptive rule sets for added accuracy.
Poor Man's Content Management System (PMCMS) is a content management system for maintaining Web sites. It is designed to make maintaining a Web site easier, to simplify the production of usable Web sites, and be simple to use itself. It has a build system (for building an entire Web site) based on GNU Make, and an HTML generating system based on MP4H - a macro processor for HTML.
Photolib is a Web-based photo gallery program, but unlike all other galleries, it is aimed to be a library rather than a standalone program. This way, users can take the Photolib library and easily plug a photo gallery into their own Perl-based site. They are also free to easily create their own look and feel to the gallery through regular Perl and HTML, rather than some complicated theme generator.

rebot3.pl renames MP3 files that you have grabbed from audio CDs with the track name, number, album, and/or artist. It does so by using either a remote CDDB server or a local CDDB created by cd (and other) players like xmcd, kscd or xmms. With rebot3.pl you can also add or remove ID3 (version 1) tags to/from the MP3 files.
