ssmart is a little Perl script to store a secure shell identity/cfs passwords blowfish encrypted to a smartcard. There will be no local copy of your identity on your hard drive, or even worse on an NFS share. It also allows you to quick mount all stored cfs directories, and it has a GNOME GUI (useful if you want it to use it with your .xinitrc). It uses the smartcard program to interact with the chipdrive.
CLEX is a file manager with a full-screen user interface written in C with the curses library. It displays directory contents (including file status details) and provides features like command history, filename insertion, or name completion in order to help the user to construct commands to be executed by the shell (there are no built-in commands). CLEX is easily configurable and all its features are explained in the on-line help.
Reconfigure is a Python library for parsing and generating a range of configuration file formats. It creates an object mapping for the config file content. Supported configs include Ajenti, BIND9 DNS, Crontabs, Samba CTDB, ISC DHCPD / uDHCPD, NFS /etc/exports, /etc/fstab, /etc/group, /etc/hosts, iptables-save dump, Netatalk afp.conf, NSD DNS, /etc/passwd, /etc/resolv.conf, Samba, Squid 3, and Supervisord. Parsers are also provided for file formats including .ini, CSV, nginx-like, and JSON.
xCHM is a cross-platform GUI frontend for CHMLIB, written with wxGTK. It is able to display the topics tree, work with displayed pages history, print the current page, work with bookmarks, change fonts and fast search through all the pages of the loaded .chm document. Being indirectly dependent on GTK+, the possibility of changing GTK+ skins makes xCHM theme-friendly.
The Zapping VBI (zvbi) library provides routines to read from raw Vertical Blanking Interval capture devices, to demodulate raw to sliced VBI data, and to interpret the data of several popular services. Basically, it offers all the functionality needed by a VBI application except for the UI.
The Castle is a first-person shooter game in a dark fantasy setting. Your main weapon is a sword, so the fight is mostly short-range. Three main levels are included, packed with creatures, items, and sounds. A couple of bonus levels are also available, like the classic DOOM E1M1 level reimplemented in VRML. The game engine is based on VRML, OpenGL, OpenAL, and all shadows are done by the shadow volumes approach.
