Matreshka is a framework for developing information systems in Ada. It includes support for unbounded form strings of Unicode characters, including case conversions and folding, normalization, collation, support for regular expression matching, an XML processor, and a FastCGI module. It also provides capabilities to manipulate by UML models, which allows you to develop tools like code generators.
The psycogreen package makes it possible for psycopg2 to work with coroutine libraries, using asynchronous calls internally but offering a blocking interface so that regular code can run unmodified. While Psycopg offers coroutine support, the main module is a C extension that cannot be monkey-patched to become coroutine-friendly. Instead it exposes a hook that coroutine libraries can use to install a function integrating with their event scheduler. Psycopg will call the function whenever it executes a libpq call that may block. psycogreen is a collection of "wait callbacks" that can be used to integrate Psycopg with different coroutine libraries. psycogreen is currently mainly useful for integration with gevent.
tsx-tools provides headers and utilities for development with TSX (HLE/RTM) hardware transactional memory development on recent Intel CPUs. It includes compat headers that provide C inline functions support for RTM and HLE in various formats for older gcc compatible compilers (before gcc 4.8). These headers are useful to enable lock elision in a lock library or existing program. It also has various TSX related utilities, including a tool that detects the presence of TSX, a TSX aware assert, and various debugging utilities.
ssh-ident allows you to have a single line in your .bashrc, then let it take care of loading ssh-agents when first needed, load all the necessary keys, and share ssh-agents across login consoles. If you have multiple identities for the same account, it is able to load different keys depending on the host you connect to or the path you are working from. At the same time, it keeps the ssh-agents separated and forwards only the keys which are needed for the specific host. It also allows you to specify ssh-add options, so you can automatically lock keys which are unused for a certain time, or have a confirmation request every time a specific key is used.
SqliteJdbcNG is a JDBC driver for SQLite. The overall goal of this project is to start a fresh implementation that leverages newly available technologies in the Java world. For example, any SQLite driver for any language must integrate with the native SQLite library. All of the current Java implementations rely on a custom JNI library to call out to the SQLite library. This extra layer can easily create a headache for the development and deployment of the driver, since it needs to be built for a variety of operating systems. Fortunately, there are technologies like Bridj and JNA that can be used to call native code directly from Java. By leaving the majority of the headaches of integrating with the native library to the Bridj project, more time can be spent on making a high quality driver that is more compliant with the JDBC4 spec.
