PHP Text Diff Highlight class can find and view the difference between text strings. It takes two text strings and uses the diff algorithm to find the differences between them and return a list of changes to patch the original string to become the final string. The patch list shows what text should be added or removed to change one string into the other. The difference between the text strings may be computed in three modes: by character, by word, or by line. The class may also format the strings to view them as HTML, showing which characters are added and removed with special insertion and deletion styles. The example page works as a tool to interactively view the changes as the user changes the texts before and after the changes are applied.
php_mt_seed finds possible seeds given the very first PHP mt_rand() output after possible seeding with mt_srand(). With advanced invocation modes, php_mt_seed is also able to match multiple, non-first, and/or inexact mt_rand() outputs to possible seed values. php_mt_seed is written in C with optional SIMD intrinsics (SSE4.1/AVX, XOP, AVX2, MIC) and OpenMP. On a modern quad-core CPU, it is able to search the full 32-bit seed space in one minute (or in just seven seconds on Xeon Phi).
PHPDF is a toolkit for creating PDF reports in PHP. It takes care of dividing your data into pages, adding page headers and footers if desired. Widow/orphan protection is also built in. It loads quickly and has a low memory footprint. It has a built-in PDF document writer, so it doesn't need an external library.
PHP common data gateway sets and gets values of common data structures. It provides static functions which can be called from anywhere to set up a common data structure with a name and values for named properties. A data structure is created if one does not exist with the given name. Properties may be changed to a given value specifying a string with the name of the data structure followed by the name of the property, separated by a dot. If no value is passed, the current value of the property is returned.
Adianti Framework provides an architecture for developing PHP applications, reducing development costs, and helping developers write less code. It is a component-based and event-driven framework which uses commonly-known enterprise design patterns like MVC (Model View Controller), Front Controller, and ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) design patterns like Active Record and Repository. It provides two different widget toolkits, one for Web applications (HTML/CSS) and another for graphical applications (with a Graphical User Interface) which uses Gtk internally. The developer can write one set of code, and it can run in a Web environment and also as a graphical application.
