CSS Compressor is a Java library and utility for reducing the size of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). folder2blog is a minimalist blog engine based on plain text. You maintain a folder of text files, one for each article, and folder2blog dynamically maps it to blog-ish HTML/RSS2 output. Comments are appended to each text file. Managing articles/comments now becomes creating or editing text files. For example, all you do is edit a local folder of plain text files and sync it with the server, manually or using tools such as rsync, over SSH or FTP. The encoding may be anything (UTF-8 by default). The HTML formatter is any external program, such as markdown, that may act as a pipe. The owner receives notification email for each comment. There is basic spam protection.
dnscacheaudit is a simple Perl utility to audit entries in the BIND cache. At the end of each run, it creates a PDF report showing the number of domains in the BIND cache that have a different IP address in the cache than the reference servers. This utility is inspired by the CacheAudit utility by Jose Avila.

PHP Video Toolbox is a PHP class that wraps around the FFmpeg, FLVTools2, and Mencoder programs to allow PHP developers to manipulate and convert video files in an easy-to-use object-oriented way. It also currently provides FFmpeg-PHP emulation in pure PHP, so you wouldn't need to compile and install the module. It isn't intended as a FFmpeg-PHP replacement, only an alternative solution. It is recommended that if you make heavy use of the FFmpeg-PHP functionality you should install the module, as it is more efficient.
