Traffic Squeezer is a Linux kernel based WAN network traffic accelerator from Doublefish Solutions. It uses methods such as traffic compression, traffic PDU coalescing, protocol specific acceleration (such as TCP acceleration mechanisms), and quality of service. Traffic Squeezer also contains custom L7filters (application protocol filters), DPI (Deep Packet Engines) and so on to control and administrate your traffic. With Traffic Squeezer, you can optimize MPLS,ISDN, leased links, Satellite Networks, and Marine Internet, and even build your own custom WAN Appliance with Traffic Squeezer. A GUI is now supported via Doublefish Solution Aquarium. Aquarium is a Web-GUI that also supports Traffic Squeezer, Squid, and other open source solutions.
SafePatch lets you edit program files and track those changes creating "patches" which can later be reverted or reused in a different setup. It's written in PHP, but can patch non-PHP applications because no integration into their source code is required. A bundled Control Panel allows easy tracking, installing, reverting, and diffing of available patches. SafePatch has an intuitive text patch file syntax which is uniform for text and binary files and independent of the engine being patched, has default support for VQMod .xml patches and FluxBB README mods, is written in OOP and uses events (and thus is easily extensible), and doesn't need a database.
The Aura.Input package contains tools to describe and filter user inputs from an HTML form, including sub-forms/sub-fieldsets, fieldset collections, an interface for injecting custom filter systems, and CSRF protection. Note that this package does not include output functionality, although the “hints” provided by the Form object can be used with any presentation system to generate an HTML form.
