PerlDAV is a Perl library for modifying content on Web servers using the WebDAV protocol. Now you can LOCK, DELETE, and PUT files, and much more, on a DAV-enabled Web server. The PerlDAV library consists of: HTTP::DAV, an object-oriented Web- DAV client API, dave, the DAV Explorer, an end- user UNIX console program for interacting with WebDAV servers (dave looks and feels like a standard UNIX ftp program).
VK Mail has three main components: an email daemon that acts as a proxy to any standard mail server, an email parser, and a Web mailer. All these together allow users to send email by simply typing an email address in a standard graphical Web browser, and allow better anti-spam control for email recipients. The goal of this project is not to develop an anti-spam email filter that simply deletes the junk messages after they are already delivered to the user. Instead, it rejects emails from spammers.
retawq is a multi-threaded Web browser for text terminals on computers with Unix-like operating systems. It is fast, small, nicely configurable, and comfortable; e.g. the low-level network communications are performed in a non-blocking way, and you can keep open as many "virtual windows" as you want and work simultaneously in two of them in a split-screen mode.
Luxor is an open-source XML User Interface Language (XUL) toolkit in Java that lets you build UIs using XML and also includes an ultra light-weight, multi-threaded Web server, a portal engine, and a template engine. It is also Web Start-ready, as everything fits in a jar and requires no loose files.
