It provides a high-level software environment to do any kind of evolutionary computation, with support for tree-based genetic programming, bit string, integer-valued vector, and real-valued vector genetic algorithms, evolution strategy, co-evolution, and evolutionary multi-objective optimization.

Its goal is to allow you to easily create fuzzy logic controllers in a few steps utilizing object-oriented programming without requiring any third-party libraries. qtfuzzylite is a Qt-based GUI for fuzzylite. Its goal is to allow you to visually design your fuzzylite controllers and interact with them in real time.
tinyMAS is a multiagent platform that provides base concepts (such as kernel, message, yellow pages, white pages, and transport service) and extended concepts (such as environment, influence, and perception). It aims to provide an easy-to-understand and and easy-to-use platform dedicated for multiagent engineer/research courses. TinyMAS is no longer under development. A large amount of its source code has been merged into the Janus platform.
JASA is a high-performance auction simulator. It is designed for performing experiments in agent-based computational economics. It implements variants of the double-auction market, which is commonly used to run real-world market places such as stock exchanges. It is designed to be highly extensible so that other types of auctions can easily be implemented. The software also provides a base classes for implementing simple adaptive trading agents.
BNNS is a research tool for interactive training of artificial neural networks based on the Response Function Plots visualization method. It enables users to simulate, visualize, and interact in the learning process of a Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) on tasks that have a 2D character. Tasks include the famous two-spirals task or classification of satellite image data.
MLPACK is a C++ machine learning library with an emphasis on scalability, speed, and ease-of-use. Its aim is to make machine learning possible for novice users by means of a simple, consistent API, while simultaneously exploiting C++ language features to provide maximum performance and maximum flexibility for expert users. It contains algorithms such as k-means, Gaussian mixture models, hidden Markov models, density estimation trees, kernel PCA, locality-sensitive hashing, sparse coding, linear regression and least-angle regression.
The LTI-Lib is an object oriented library with algorithms and data structures frequently used in image processing and computer vision. It was developed at the RWTH-Aachen University as a part of many research projects on computer vision dealing with robotics, object recognition, sign language, and gesture recognition. It provides an object oriented C++ library that includes fast algorithms, which can be used in real applications.
Aseba is an event-based architecture for distributed control of mobile robots. It targets integrated multi-processor robots or groups of single-processor units, real or simulated. The core of aseba is a lightweight virtual machine tiny enough to run even on microcontrollers. Robots are programmed in a user-friendly scripting language using a cozy integrated development environment.
