Torch is a machine learning library written in C++ that works on most Unix/Linux platforms. It can be used to train MLPs, RBFs, HMMs, Gaussian Mixtures, Kmeans, Mixtures of experts, Parzen Windows, KNN, and can be easily extended so that you can add your own machine learning algorithms.
Traduki is a free machine translation system written in C/Lua. It works by creating an interlinguistic representation of text in Lua tables, the representation being somewhat modelled on the generative grammar of Noam Chomsky. Traduki aims to feature support for less common languages.

(Multi-Agent) Transport Planner is a dynamic single agent transport planner for vehicle routing problems and dial-a-ride problems. These problems occur in every public transport and transportation company, but although some older algorithms can be found in the literature, a good implementation has never been published. It uses a (very quick) standard insertion technique to insert orders one by one into a set of routes.
Turing Machine (C++ Implementation) is a Turing machine simulation that is defined by a series of input files. These include a metafile containing data related to some Turing machine, a states file containing a list of initial, halting, and internal states, an alphabet file of empty, input, and internal symbols, a transition file of transition rules, and input word files, which detail the input given on a tape.
UniModeling is a big data analytics tool for unified modeling and reasoning in outdoor and indoor spaces. It supports the construction of unified graph models of outdoor and indoor spaces and RFID deployments in these spaces. It enables probabilistic incorporation of RFID data, facilitating the tracking of moving objects and enables the search for them to be optimized. Also included are three reasoning applications that pertain to the positioning of RFID readers in outdoor and indoor spaces and the points of potential traffic (over)load in these spaces.
Urbi is a robotics software platform. It includes a C++/Java middleware API called UObject to interface components such as motors, cameras, and algorithms, and an innovative scripting language, urbiscript, with built-in support for parallel and event-based programming, used to write high-level behaviors and orchestrate the interactions between components. UObject components are built as shared libraries exposed as native objects within urbiscript, and either hot-plugged in a running Urbi engine, or started as a remote autonomous process communicating with the engine via the network. At any time, new urbiscript code can be sent to a running Urbi engine via a simple telnet, to introspect the state of components, modify existing code, or add new behaviors. Urbi is cross-platform and supports several robots (Gostai Jazz, Lego Mindstorms, Aldebaran Nao, Segway RMP, Spykee, Bioloid, etc.) and a simulator (Webots).
Virtual Sound provides unlimited effects and modulation for sophisticated audio generation, with unique instrument simulation capabilities to craft your own unique soundscapes. All effects are parametrized and their parameters may be controlled through the outputs of other effects, through samples, or through special modulators. Instrument simulation is based on recursively-linked filter networks. Actual instruments can also be simulated through the statistical learning library incorporated in VSound.
