GWT Reflection is a small framework which gives you the ability to use the reflection API on the client side of an application. Google Web Toolkit obfuscates JavaScript so it is not readable for an application at execution time. So it is hard to use any kind of reflection on the browser side of an application. To make JavaScript reflectable, some helpers were created that can memorize class descriptions at compilation time. This description will later (at runtime) help to manipulate classes, even after obfuscation.

hotpotato (or hptt, for short) is a high performance and throughput oriented HTTP client Java library, with support for HTTP 1.1 pipelining. It was developed mostly towards server-side usage, where speed and low resource usage are the key factors, but it can be used to build client applications as well. Built on top of Netty and designed for high concurrency scenarios where multiple threads can use the same instance of a client without any worries for external or internal synchronization, hotpotato helps you reduce initialization and/or preparation times and resource squandering. Among many small optimizations, connections are reused whenever possible, which results in a severe reduction of total request execution times by cutting connection establishment overhead.

iLib is an internationalization library for JavaScript that was created because with the advent of AJAX, it is no longer possible to avoid internationalization. Previously, you could format dates in the user's locale on the server. Now, Web services called via AJAX return time stamps in Unix time and formatting has to be done in the browser, but the standard library is inadequate. In addition to dates, the library handles times, numbers, currency, percentages, calendar calculations (Arabic, Hebrew, Gregorian, and Julian), time zones, string translation, string formatting and choice formats, locale info, ctype functions, and Unicode normalization.
