Dog is a Domotic OSGi Gateway. In other words, it is a software-based gateway used for controlling domotic environments in a vendor-independent way, thanks to its high-level semantic device modeling strategy and its driver architecture that allows it to support different domotic plant technologies.
io-util is a small, scalable Java library for slicing and dicing fixed width tables on disk. The objective is to provide reusable blocks of code for building efficient, custom binary data stores. It allows you to build, search, and maintain a large, externally stored, fixed width, sorted table. The library user specifies the row width (in bytes), a row comparison function (which implicitly defines any given row's key), and an optional delete codec.
Griffon is dekstop application development platform for the JVM. Inspired by Grails, it leverages the Groovy language and concepts like convention over configuration. The Swing toolkit is the default UI toolkit of choice however others may be used, principaly SWT and JavaFX. Developers may use a combination of the Groovy and Java as well as other JVM languages such as Scala, Clojure, Mirah, and Jython. It encourages the use of the MVC pattern and follows in the spirit of the Swing Application Framework (JSR 296) by defining a simple yet powerful application life cycle and event publishing mechanism.
allmon is a generic system for collecting and storing various runtime metrics collections used for system performance, health, quality, and availability monitoring purposes. The system also provides a set of data-mining algorithms useful for further performance analysis. Allmon is designed to harvest different metrics values coming from many areas of monitoring infrastructure. The collected data are based on quantitative and qualitative performance and availability analysis. Allmon collaborates with other analytical tools for OLAP multidimensional analysis and data mining processing. The tool can be used for production as well as for development (profiling) and QA (load testing) purposes.
RelEx is an English-language semantic dependency relationship extractor, built on the Carnegie-Mellon Link Grammar parser. It can identify subject, object, indirect object, and many other syntactic dependency relationships between words in a sentence; it generates dependency trees, resembling those of dependency grammars, and specifically, those of Dekang Lin's MiniPar and the Stanford parser. It accomplishes this by applying a sequence of rules, based on the local context, and thus resembles constraint grammar in its implementation. In this sense, it implements some of the ideas of Hudson's Word Grammar. However, unlike other dependency parsers, RelEx attempts a greater degree of semantic normalization.
DynaSpring is a dynamic, extensible DSL (Domain Specific Language) tailored for building a Spring Application Context. Like Spring/XML, it is a declarative, tree-structured language; but, unlike XML, it supports all the kinds of abstractions found in common programming languages: conditional evaluation, iteration, definition of functions and variables, etc. DynaSpring also offers a set of utilities that make working with Spring easier and that build upon Spring to give you even more options in structuring your enterprise application.
