Sleutel is a multi-platform password manager that is written using the Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP). Its goal is to manage password/ID pairs for accessing Web sites and to provide an example RCP application. It features configurable password generation, labeling of password entries (a la GMail), an intuitive UI following the Eclipse model, merge capabilities, and the ability to track usage count and dates of password entries. Sleutel is the Dutch word for key.
XELand generates night landscapes as stereo pairs for cross-eye viewing. Currently it uses two map generation methods (plus some variations). Generated height maps are seamless and can be saved as PNG images. The program requires only JDK 1.5 or above, and is very easy to use. The Secure Storage service for the gLite middleware provides users with a set of tools for storing data securely and in an encrypted format on the grid storage elements. Data is accessible and readable by authorized users only. Moreover, it solves the insider abuse problem by also preventing administrators of the storage elements from accessing the confidential data in a clear format. The service has been designed and developed for the grid middleware of the EGEE Project, gLite, in the context of the TriGrid VL Project.
The OpenUDDI project is focused on creating a high performance, easy to use UDDI v3 compliant server and client library. The server and client is built using Java, version 5 for the server and version 1.4 for the client. The server uses Hibernate, and supports a wide variety of SQL databases for data storage.
Log4php is a PHP port of Log4j, the most popular Java logging framework. It supports configuration through XML and properties files (with the same structure as log4j) and custom Configurators. File, RollingFile, DailyFile, Echo, Console, Mail, PEAR::Db, PHP error, Syslog or NT events, and socket appenders are supported. Simple, TTCC, Pattern, Html, and Xml Layouts are supported. It also supports Filters, custom Levels, and Loggers. Internal debugging can be switched on and off. Log4php can be used inside a class or inside a main/sub function.
Python Web Graph Generator is a threaded Web graph (Power law random graph) generator. It can generate a synthetic Web graph of about one million nodes in a few minutes on a desktop machine. It supports both directed and undirected graphs. It implements a threaded variant of the RMAT algorithm. A little tweak can produce graphs representing social networks or community networks. It can also output connected components in a graph.
