CmdOption is a simple annotation-driven command line parser toolkit for Java 5 applications. Everything you need is (at least one) simple configuration object. Each field and method annotated with an CmdOption annotation will be processed. Based on this config, CmdOption is able to parse any command line, guaranteeing the declared specification. The result is directly stored in the given config object. When errors occur, CmdOption gives a meaningful error message. Generated output and validation/error message can be localized.
Associations Indexing Service (AIS) was originally done as an extension of human memory for tagging (storing under personal keywords and associations) resources, URIs, bookmarks, and memos (for fast access to the information in future) by using the same keywords or queries, similar to popular search engines. It can be seen as a local search engine, used as an automatic indexer of big file hierarchies (e.g. personal archives or files repositories). It is based on Lucene, so the application will remain very fast with any size index.
CTL is a cross-platform control dispatching tool that makes it easy to automate any kind of distributed systems management or application provisioning task. Rather than writing complex and error-prone scripts that over utilize "for loops", CTL handles the network dispatching for you and allows you to focus on the actual management tasks you need to accomplish. In addition to being a dispatching tool, CTL comes with pre-built cross-platform utilities so you don't have to script actions like file distribution or process and port checking. You can also write your own custom utilities and share them with others in your organization. Custom utilities are defined in XML, and your scripting can be done in multiple scripting languages (Perl, Python, etc.), *nix shell, Windows batch, and/or Ant.
