Dozer is a powerful, yet simple Java Bean to Java Bean mapper that recursively copies data from one object to another. Typically, these Java Beans will be of different complex types. Dozer supports simple property mapping, complex type mapping, bi-directional mapping, implicit-explicit mapping, as well as recursive mapping. This includes mapping collection attributes that also need mapping at the element level. It not only supports mapping between attribute names, but also conversion between types. Many conversion scenarios are supported out of the box, but custom conversions can be specified via XML.
Chaplin ACT is a Java class transformer which brings several modern language concepts into Java: contexts, composites, roles, traits (mixins), runtime type conversion, dynamic method signatures, method and field aggregators, etc. Using these concepts makes designing loosely-coupled applications and writing cohesive code easier. Chaplin can work either as a JVM agent or as a post-compilation class transformer. It does not introduce any new syntax. All functionality is implemented by means of the standard Java language elements.
Flex Maven Reports includes various Maven reports for projects written with the Adobe Flex Framework. The current reports are the RemoteObject Maven Report, which show details about remote objects used in an application and generates a graphical view of them, and the Actionscript UML report, which shows UML diagrams of the classes.
The TIGL Geometry Library can be used for easy processing of geometric data stored inside CPACS data sets. TIGL offers query functions for the geometry structure. These functions can be used, for example, to detect how many segments are attached to a certain segment, which indices these segments have, or how many wings and fuselages the current airplane configuration contains. This functionality is necessary because TIGL targets not only the modeling of simple wings or fuselages but also the description of quite complicated structures with branches or flaps. The library uses the OpenCASCADE software to represent the airplane geometry by B-spline surfaces in order to compute surface points and also to export the geometry in the IGES/VTK format. The library provides external interfaces for C, C++, Python, Java, and FORTRAN.
tools4j-config supports long-running enterprise Java applications with a framework for handling configuration changes without restarting. It also aids in developing applications which are decoupled from knowing how and where to store, retrieve, and validate configurations. The aim is to liberate applications to use configurations seamlessly on the terms of their particular environment, without constraining them to Java SE, EE, OSGi, Spring, CDI, or any other programming model or framework.
