SBuild is a Scala-based build system. It features platform independence, multi project support, automatic detection of needed actions, automatic up-to-date detection, a flexible scheme handler mechanism, Maven repository support, Ant task integration, automatic cross-project resolving of dependencies, high speed, a simple "syntax" that requires almost no Scala knowledge, behind-the-sceens compilation of build script to bytecode for fast execution time, and built-in scheme handlers for HTTP and Maven.
DEMUX Framework enables Java developers to build modular, cross-platform applications which can run on desktop, Web, and mobile and embedded devices. It is based on OSGI and supports creating JavaFX desktop applications, mobiles apps (Android, iOS, Windows), and Web applications.

It supports tandem mass spectrometry, flow cytometry, assays for neutralizing antibodies, Luminex, observational studies, and secure, Web-based collaboration. The software is modular, configurable, and customizable. It can be installed in your institution on any modern hardware and operating system. It is designed to integrate with your existing systems, instruments, and work flows, and to be readily adapted by skilled programmers to novel methods of inquiry. The project is under active development by a team of professional software engineers and a community of active contributors. New versions are released about four times per year.
KeyBox is a Web-based SSH console for executing commands and managing multiple systems simultaneously. It allows you to share terminal commands and upload files to all your systems. Once the sessions have been opened you can select a single system or any combination on which to run your commands. Also, additional system administrators can be added and their terminal sessions and history can be audited.
Universal File Mover (UFM) manages the transfer of files. The user combines a series of Action commands to create the UFM Workflow XML file. These Action commands define which actions are to be taken, the order of the actions, and how errors are to be handled. UFM processes the Action commands as per the UFM Workflow XML file. UFM currently contains 41 Action commands. These action commands fall into five categories: WebSphere MQ Actions, Network Actions, File Actions, Control Actions, and Other Actions. UFM can transfer files in one of five ways, using WebSphere MQ, FTP, SFTP, SCP, or HTTP.
