LabKey Server is open source software that helps scientists manage, analyze, and share complex datasets. The software is modular, configurable, and customizable. It can be installed in your institution on any modern hardware and operating system. It is designed to integrate with your existing systems, instruments, and work flows, and to be readily adapted by skilled programmers to novel methods of inquiry. The project is under active development by a team of professional software engineers and a community of active contributors. New versions are released about four times per year.
jOOX stands for Java Object Oriented XML. It is a simple wrapper for the org.w3c.dom package to allow for fluent XML document creation and manipulation where DOM is required but too verbose. jOOX only wraps the underlying document and can be used to enhance DOM, not as an alternative. It is inspired by jOOQ and jQuery.
TIXI is a fast and simple XML interface library for applications written in C, C++, Fortran, Java, and Python. Although simplified and somewhat restricted compared to a fully-fledged XML processing library, it can create documents, create and delete nodes, and add and remove element attributes. Routines for reading and writing text nodes and nodes holding integer and floating point numbers are included, along with routines that process aggregates of these simple types for the processing of geometric data, multidimensional arrays, or arrays of vectors.
