Valvula is a high performance mail policy daemon for Postfix. It provides out of the box support for sender login mismatch, mail quotas, per user and per domain blacklists and whitelists, and much more. It is system administrator friendly, providing many automatic features like automatically detecting Postfix MySQL databases to determine local domains and local accounts. It is fully extensible through plugins.
Vedis is an embeddable datastore C library built with over 70 commands. It is similar in concept to Redis, but without the networking layer, since Vedis run in the same process of the host application. Unlike most other datastores (e.g. memcache, Redis), Vedis does not have a separate server process. It reads and writes directly to ordinary disk files. A complete database with multiple collections is contained in a single disk file. The database file format is cross-platform; you can freely copy a database between 32-bit and 64-bit systems or between big-endian and little-endian architectures.
UnQLite is a in-process software library which implements a self-contained, serverless, zero-configuration, transactional NoSQL database engine. It is a document store database similar to MongoDB, Redis, CouchDB, etc. as well a standard key/value store similar to BerkeleyDB, LevelDB, etc. It reads and writes directly to ordinary disk files. A complete database with multiple collections is contained in a single disk file. The database file format is cross-platform, and you can freely copy a database between 32-bit and 64-bit systems or between big-endian and little-endian architectures.
Libsonic is a free C library for speeding up or slowing down speech. However, it's optimized for speed-ups of over 2X, unlike previous algorithms for changing speech rate. Sonic enables clear playback of audio books at 3X speed, and some blind listeners are able to listen at 6X. Libsonic has also been integrated into several text-to-speech engines. It works well on all platforms, even Android phones without FPUs. Pitch control is also supported.
NoSpex is a Python scripted realtime graphing library designed to be easily employed by security consultants and reverse engineers for teasing apart and depicting the relationships between processes in a system under analysis. It is realtime in the sense that the graph is continuously rendered and animated as new relationships are introduced. It is easily employed in the sense that all the bookkeeping is done by the Python module and exposed using a simple thread-safe API. NoSpex relies on the SDL graphic library for a frame buffer and Cairo for rendering to the frame buffer. This combination produces a fast and visually elegant graph that should be portable wherever SDL and Cairo can be found.
chan-sccp-b is an extension of the original chan-sccp implementation for the Asterisk soft-PBX. It lets you hook up a Cisco/SCCP Phone to your Asterisk server using the SCCP protocol, which works a lot better than the SIP firmware on the same phone. It provides full phone functionality instead of just a simple SIP channel provider. It offers functionality like shared lines, hotline functionality, guest login, dynamic speeddials, private line automatic ring-down (PLAR), personal softkey configurations, Dundi support, SCCP extended dialplan functions, manager support, and custom device state buttons.
G-WAN is an extremely fast Web application server. It runs scripts written in ANSI C. This server is safer than others, since it uses less code, no buffer copies, and no library calls that can lead to buffer overflows. G-WAN can outperform IBM Apache, Microsoft IIS, and Sun GlassFish by several orders of magnitude, both on Windows and Linux.
