qPDF Notes is an Android PDF reader and markup tool that can annotate PDF documents, fill form fields, and save your changes. Saved documents are fully compliant with the international PDF standard ISO 32000-1 and Adobe Acrobat. It allows you to add graphical comments, sticky notes, text notes, and text markup (highlight, cross out, and underline). An efficient table view is provided for fast filling of forms. The interface supports multi-touch pinch to zoom, double tap to fit to screen width, continuous page view, and fast PDF search. PDFs can be sent by corporate email and to Dropbox, Evernote, or Bluetooth.
