MetaPath is a tool for the analysis of metabolic pathways and associated visualization of experimental data. Built on the MetaCyc database, it provides an interactive map in which multiple pathways can be simultaneously visualized. Multiple annotations from the MetaCyc database are available, including synonyms, associated reactions and pathways, and database unification links. Metabolomics change data can be imported via simple CSV formats for visualization on targeted pathways. Pathways can be mined and removed algorithmically to identify key regulated pathways within a given dataset, providing a simper route to metabolic functions.
Embedded Profiler is low-overhead C++ profiler based on automatic instrumentation of functions done by the compiler (GCC, MinGW, or MSVC). Profiling can be done either automatically or manually. Automatic profiling generates a complete call tree and needs no modification of code. Manual profiling requires using the EProfiler API to specify the parts of code to be profiled. The resulting log can be opened in Performance Analyzer, a GUI application with several views designed for comfortable log analysis.
LoginIDS provides functions to analyze log files from different services in order to detect unusual login behavior. The normal user behavior is learned by analyzing log files and saved in a database. Logins are analyzed by time, service, source, and destination address. If a user's login is new or considered unlikely by LoginIDS, an alert is generated. Alerts can be handled by external scripts and viewed using the log file management system Splunk and the LoginIDS App.
Theorem Linker is a program used to visualize references between theorems in a paper written using LaTeX. Using a .tex document (and a .aux file, created by the LaTeX compiler), Theorem Linker will search through a paper, find theorems, and find references to other theorems within a theorem's "proof". It will then create a digraph in a .dot file (to be opened with programs such as Graphviz or OmniGraffle) that will display each theorem as a node, with directed edges to describe the relations between the theorems. A path highlighted in red describes the longest path in the graph. Theorem Linker will also create folders containing graphs to individually show relations of each theorem in a paper.
Statmetrics is a software application providing an interactive environment for computational finance. It combines innovative quantitative finance technologies with traditional technical and econometric analysis methods. Statmetrics can be used in diverse fields to perform econometric analysis, technical analysis, risk management, portfolio management, and asset allocation.
Countly is a real-time, mobile analytics application. It collects event data from mobile phones and visualizes this information to analyze mobile application usage. Countly dashboard gives a complete overview of your application's performance. You can view detailed metrics, including session length, hardware type, operator (carrier), connection type or speed, activity length, and more.
Libntoh aims to be a user-friendly library to provide an easy way to perform defragmentation and reassembly of network/transport protocols. It is intended to provide a flexible, thread-safe, and highly configurable environment for the user. It performs IP defragmentation and TCP reassembly.
todoyu is a powerful project and task management system. The core features are project handling, time tracking, time sheets, resource management, calendar, customizable reporting, keeping track of communication and decisions, invoicing directly from tracked time, and address management of customers and employees. It improves billing accuracy and timeliness, and removes risk from the billing process. A todoyu customer's clients get visibility into the project work done on their behalf. The system is extensible with additional modules. The system is completely Web based and translated in 12 languages.
