eXtended Account Management System (XAMS) allows Administration of Unix, Web, FTP, DNS, and email accounts to manage a provider's typical userbase. Especially focusing on email account management, it enables you to easily create accounts, set aliases, and delegate domain administration to 2nd party resellers or customers. It uses PHP with MySQL or PostgreSQL as a backend, and is therefore able to manage tons of email accounts independently from your Unix/Linux accounts. Exim for SMTP and Courier for POP/IMAP are fully supported, but postfix, Cyrus, and qmail can be used too.

Lightweight Contact Manager (LiCoM) is a Web-based contact manager. It uses an LDAP server to authenticate users and keep data, making it possible for email clients and other LDAP-enabled software to access the contacts. People with an entry in the database can be asked to review and edit their own record, which may help with keeping information up to date. Other features include ogranization of contacts in groups, export to the vCard format, and printing of groups or all contacts.
MuseSig is an email signature generator. The script takes an ID file (your contact information) and combines it with a quote taken from a local collection of quotes to produce a new signature file. Command line options allow selection of output file, the format to use (one of two types), and various other options. Quote files are plain text and new quotes can be added just by adding a new file to the quote directories.
