Aspose.Report is a .NET query building and charting control. It allows developers to quickly add ad hoc capabilities to their .NET applications as well as create 21 popular chart types with some stylish effects like 3D rendering, transparency, gradients, and anti-aliasing. Simply drag and drop the Aspose.Report component on Web or Win form, assign a DataTable object as data source, and abstract a variety of outputs including SQL, Select, Where, and Order By statements and many more.
Vis/Space is a client-server system for visually exploring data structures in 3D virtual space. It allows the placement of various data sources in a three-dimensional environment. Custom search terms can be entered into a query field, or can be navigated to and from an existing object. All objects like images and "text screens" can be moved around. A single click on an image shows the full-resolution version in the foreground. Whole collections of images can be moved. A click to the cube also toggles among several different possible layouts. Data sources include search engines, microblogging, Wikipedia, image/video search, and 4chan.
The National Library of Medicine Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit (ITK) is a software system to support the Visible Human Project. Segmentation is the process of identifying and classifying data found in a digitally sampled representation. Registration is the task of aligning or developing correspondences between data. For example, in the medical environment, a CT scan may be aligned with an MRI scan in order to combine the information contained in both.
Equalizer is middleware for creating and deploying parallel OpenGL-based applications. It enables applications to benefit from multiple graphics cards, processors, and computers to scale rendering performance, visual quality, and display size. An Equalizer-based application runs unmodified on any visualization system, from a simple workstation to large scale graphics clusters, multi-GPU workstations, and Virtual Reality installations.
In p, a bunch of particles interact with each other according to this simple rule: every particle moves towards, away, or watches other particles. When the program starts, each particle chooses a random color, position, and the particles with which it will interact. As the program runs, some particles join together to form a train and journey together thereafter. Some orbit each other. Some collapse into each other. Some form swarms that split and join. One cannot predict when or where or how many of these behaviors will emerge, but they usually do.
PCity is a procedural city generator. It uses a configuration file and few maps (e.g. population density or a height map) and can be tuned via various parameters. Its features include street network generation, building generation, texture generation from a texture library, and a visualization engine.
Octaviz is a visualization system for Octave. It is a wrapper that makes all VTK classes accessible from within Octave using the same object-oriented syntax as in C++ or Python. It also provides high-level functions for 2D and 3D visualization. Using those functions, most common visualization tasks (3D surface plots, contour plots, meshes, etc.) can be accomplished without any knowledge about VTK.
A DVD ripping, DVD creation, Web video downloader, and video conversion tool.
