The eterm_color utility creates RGB values from HSV input or by randomizing depending what the input data is. It allows for a unique color for each Eterm session started. Works great with a transparent Eterm session for cool tinting effects.

Enable_Logitech_Wheel is designed to send re-initialization strings to the mouse device which enable the scroll wheel functions of many popular OEM models of Logitech's FirstMouse+ and MouseMan+ (Models M-S48 and M-S48-OEM which are based off a Zilog controler chip and do not initalize with the standard Xserver or gpm packages). When run the mouse will issue commands sequences identical to the retail version of the FirstMouse+ (M-C48) and work properly with XFree86 Releases > 3.3.2.

encrypt turns any plaintext word into an encrypted string in a variety of ways, including reading a random word from a file. It can be useful for creating passwords for .htpasswd files for webservers. It's also very useful for generating random passwords out of a cronjob.

It provides a straightforward way of configuring nearly all of enscript's options without resorting to the commandline or a text editor. EGO is a program to perform molecular dynamics simulations on parallel as well as on sequential computers. Supported parallel machines include the Hitachi SR8000, CRAY-T3E, IBM-SP2, Fujitsu VPP700, Parsytec-CC under PARIX, and inhomogeneous clusters of UNIX workstations under PVM or MPI. EGO also runs sequentially on any decent UNIX workstation, even Windows95/NT PC's (with a GNU-C compiler) can be used.
