matritsa is a computer version of a board game for kids. The goal is to take cards out of a deck of cards and put them on a board so that they match different properties of the rows and the columns. It comes with a game with the goal of matching the number of red balls of the column and the number of green balls of the row. The game provides a very simple method of adding your own cards.

The Matrix Template Library is a C++ class library for basic linear algebra. The MTL is designed for high-performance while at the same time taking advantage of the generic programming paradigm (ala the STL) to allow much greater flexibility and breadth of functionality. Many new and advanced programming techniques were used in the construction of this library. The MTL is a low level library in the sense that the user must be conscious of the matrix type being used, and that all computationally expensive operations are explicit.

matrixclock is a clock for Matrix Orbital alphanumeric displays. It's only been tested against the LCD2041 model and in linux, shouldn't be hard porting it to other POSIX environments though. It can show normal, Internet, and binary time.

Mandelbrot Cellular Automaton Combines features of the Mandelbrot set and Conway's Game of Life. Displays snapshots of the Mandelbrot set at each stage of calculation; optionally includes interference from neighbouring cells (pixels) for a nonlinear and somewhat unpredictable result. Options are set at compile time. Most suitable for fractal or cellular automata enthusiasts; also visually interesting.

Mcal is a replacement for the traditional unix 'cal' program. Mcal is powered by libmcal. Because of this, it has intrinsic ability to emulate the normal unix 'cal' program, and also use the drivers that come with libmcal. This allows Mcal to access both remote calendar servers and local filestores.
