Zort

Zort is a Web-based RSS aggregator based on MagpieRSS. It features a clean, minimal interface, some nice CSS/Javascript to hide feeds/categories you don't want to look at, and all the usual caching, etc., you'd expect from a MagpieRSS-based app. By default, all feeds are returned on a single page. It does not feature a database backend, support for multiple users, a set of administrative screens, an authentication system of any kind, or flagging of RSS items as read/saved/etc., nor is it likely to include those things in the future. It was written in a very minimalistic frame of mind, and such features are on an explicit "do not support" list.

Release Notes: This release features improved support for Atom feeds (Atom text will now properly show up), improved support for Opera (previously there were some artifacts while hiding areas of the screen), improved handling of in-feed images, and other various CSS and interface tweaks. Upgrade to 1.0.2, not 1.0.1, if you would.
I realized after releasing 1.0.1 that, given the way 1.0.1 was packaged, it'd be pretty easy for a user to accidentally overwrite their main config file with the example one provided, which Isn't Very Nice. 1.0.2's been released in the meantime, so I'd recommend grabbing that one instead. I sent through a new release via Freshmeat, but that'll take a little while to show up, and I'm not sure if they'll like having a second release on the frontpage so soon, anyway. So yeah: 1.0.2 is the way to go.
