The Latin-1 encoding is used when calling XML-RPC. Handling of Unicode items was improved. A bad zenagios heartbeat timeout was repaired. Unpacking of configuration values in zenagios was corrected (component and eventKey were backward). The newline is taken off when reading configuration file values. Additional date-time zone problems were fixed.
