Very similar to QEdit (now TSE)
I love this editor. It's very similar to the old DOS QEdit editor, but has some nice touches like syntax highlighting, drop-down lists of C functions, shift-drag stream selection as well as line and column selection. It's by no means as powerful as Jed (my other favorite) or Emacs, but it's a breeze to customize to your taste, especially if you were raised on DOS editors and their terse keystroke commands, as opposed to most Unix editors. The only significant feature it's missing that I'd like to see is folding, but even so, it has really boosted my productivity.
