Release Notes: A statistic module was added for summaries and graphical charts on mail traffic and security. It shows how many email messages went in and out, how many of them were encrypted and/or signed, which standard was used (PGP or S/MIME), and more. User friendliness for the "INFO" User Command was improved. The "ONLY" User Command was improved to work with PGP and SMIME. Bugs were fixed. External key management (named Z1 BOT) now supports Online Service Certificate Protocol (OCSP).

Release Notes: The Z1 Admin Webclient Entity Management was revised. Handling and searching for User-, Domain-, and Group-Entities were improved. The mail "Statistics" page was revised. Support was added to send a daily, weekly, or yearly statistic report as a PDF and CSV file to a specified email address. License management was improved. It is now possible to assign alias addresses to existing licensed clients. The "x-header" processing mode was added, in which messages are processed by a specific mandator according to a message "x-header". An Outgoing PKCS#7 attachment signature was added, which allows signing of specific attachments.
Release Notes: This release adds Z1 ERP-Connector into the Z1 Admin-Webclient. It will automatically synchronize users and groups, from an Active Directory (AD) or LDAP Server, into Z1 SMGW. According to the connected AD or LDAP Server, users are created, deleted, or moved by Z1 ERP-Connector. Most standard AD and LDAP servers can be synchronized instantly. For advanced scenarios, the Z1 SecureMail SDK can be used to maintain users, groups, and mandators programmatically. Incoming PDF file attachment signature validation has been added to Z1 SMGW; it will verify the signatures and X509 certificates of the PDF file automatically.
Release Notes: The 64-bit Debian Linux 5.0 platform is supported, improving performance. License management was enhanced by simplifying the assignment of active and passive client licenses to internal email addresses. Email addresses may be imported manually, from a CSV file, or through the Z1 ERP Connector API. A custom info footer layout feature was added to design the layout of the inbound security info footer. The mandator selection list page was revised to enhance the usability when managing plenty mandators. MS sensitivity header configuration was refined, so different policies can be set up for the Personal, Private, and Company-Confidential headers.
Release Notes: This release adds a new data model for the administration of both internal and external mandators, domains, groups, and users. The majority of the settings, policies, keys, and certificates can be set at each level of the model. It also offers flexible administration of multiple key-certificate pairs and their management policies; e.g these define when and which keys or certificates should be issued or revoked. User certificates are optionally exported into LDAP directories and/or into “Z1 Global TrustPoint”. An option has been added to centrally attach disclaimer to all outgoing email messages.
Release Notes: An enhanced new group feature was provided. Groups may contain single members (e-mail) or domains (wildcard), and policies can now be assigned to groups. The usability of the Admin Webclient was improved. A new user confirmation feature was introduced to protect outgoing sensitive operations like signing e-mail. New user commands were added for sending reports. PKCS#7 attachment validation was implmented, which verifies signed attachments and generates validation reports similar to GDPDU. An "e-mail-copy-to" feature that duplicates all incoming e-mails and sends them to a specific SMTP server (e.g. e-mail archive) was added.
