Release Notes: Mac OS X is now supported for both running the profiler UI and to profile applications. Only classes loaded by the system class loader are treated as roots, which simplifies analysis of memory retention by custom loaders and detection of leaks caused by custom loaders.
Release Notes: Nodes for class fields in "Class tree" view now represent the number and size of objects retained by the fields. Parts of profiler agent have been reworked, and the format of memory snapshot files was changed.
