Release Notes: Paths to other GC roots are now shown if the the object itself is a GC root. If an object is in the constant pool, the object is assigned an allocation thread and frame of its class (if any). The Mac OS X bundle now correctly starts on the Intel platform.

Release Notes: The ability to import HPROF snapshots was added. Telemetry information now requires less memory in the UI. The profiler UI can be run with Java 6.0 "Mustang". Overhead in CPU times and invocation count measuring mode was reduced. Telemetry for older Java versions (1.3 and 1.4) is supported. Numerous bugs in bytecode instrumentation were fixed.

Release Notes: Mac OS X is now supported for both running the profiler UI and to profile applications. Only classes loaded by the system class loader are treated as roots, which simplifies analysis of memory retention by custom loaders and detection of leaks caused by custom loaders.

Release Notes: Nodes for class fields in "Class tree" view now represent the number and size of objects retained by the fields. Parts of profiler agent have been reworked, and the format of memory snapshot files was changed.

Release Notes: Outdated Linux distrubutions (compiled with gcc 2.9x) are correctly handled in IDE and J2EE integration. Samples are shipped again. Nodes in 'Class tree' are expanded faster when a subset of objects is shown.

Release Notes: This release contains integration with IntelliJ IDEA 4.5, a printer-friendly version of the documentation, and numerous UI speedups. Problems with Linux kernel 2.6 were fixed.
