Release Notes: This release adds many bugfixes, the external tool JavaScript Lint, a SQL Report type (SQLite), pre-processing capability to the Grep plugin, plugins for ColdFusion, and support for JLint and JavaScript Lint under Linux via Wine. It removes startup dependencies on extensions. It updates PHP to 5.2.9 (Windows), PMD to 4.2.5, FindBugs to 1.3.7, and FB-Contrib to 3.8.0. It only loads the external tool PHPLint if needed.
