New accounting and payment tools were added with a new interface. An automatic call distribution (ACD) named auto_call was developed. That way, numbers that don't work or don't answer or are busy will be automatically classified by the software without the need of operator interaction. A new yacati GUI was added. New Tcl C extensions were added to deal with VoIP calls.
