XO Wave

XO Wave is a digital audio workstation designed to meet the needs of audio and video professionals, with a focus on CD mastering and audio for video work. XO Wave provides professional-grade capabilities for manipulating audio, with a familiar and elegant interface. It supports direct recording from any Core Audio device (ALSA/Jack/OSS on Linux), importing and exporting files in a variety of formats (including songs from iTunes playlists), CD burning, multi-track editing, support for many Audio Units, and QuickTime synchronization and export.

    Release Notes: This release includes a number of minor bugfixes especially associated with the Mac platform. It also includes some workarounds for trouble reported with video on Mac OS X 10.5 "Leopard".

      Release Notes: This release include many bugfixes, including fixes for all known Leopard-specific issues as well as some cosmetic and usability improvements. In addition, the Pro edition includes deauthorization capability for transferring authorization to other machines.

        Release Notes: This release fixes several bugs, including rare out of memory conditions, a problem with track record arming and disarming, and worked around an Apple bug with CD Text burning. Java 1.5 is now the default on the Mac, because of problems with 1.4, and two scripts have been added for reading metadata off CDs.

            Release Notes: This release fixes several bugs, some of which may have caused crashes on some systems. It also fixes a bug that caused the region bin to collapse when renaming a region.
