    Release Notes: This release includes FDA 21 CFR part 11 compliance (both XincoAdmin and XincoExplorer), as well as complete internationalization for XincoAdmin, XincoPublisher, and XincoCron. The redesign of the internal file repository will eliminate size limits of certain file systems. XincoExplorer now includes the Napkin & Substance look and feel. The Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese translations are complete.

      Release Notes: This release included full-text indexing of common file formats and XincoPublisher, which grants access to public data (e.g. for linking to documents from external Web sites). Archiving allows the user to set fixed dates or variable timeframes for archiving files to external storage volumes (references to archived files and their permanent storage locations are still maintained within the DMS).

        Release Notes: An "Advanced Search Tool" finds documents according to file names, data descriptions, and custom data attributes. Its "Data Structure Import Tool" lets you select a local folder and automatically imports all files and sub-folders into your document repository. In addition, "Permanent Data Removal" can be executed by administrators from within the Admin-Interface. Server-News gives admins a way of communicating with their user base. The "Contacts"data type helps to manage private and business contact information.
