RenderX XEP
RenderX XEP is a commercial-grade application written in Java for dynamic rendering of XML documents. XEP is a pluggable architectural component that takes two open standard inputs, XML data and XSL FO stylesheet, and produces the industry's defacto standards for high-quality rendered electronic documents, Adobe PDF and PostScript. XEP supports many extensions to the XSL FO specification, including SVG graphics and PDF-to-PDF linking.

Release Notes: Support for kerning was added both in XSL-FO text and in SVG. Page master selection has become fully conformant to the XSL spec. Treatment of overflow conditions was improved. Support was added for the "overflow" property. A new extension element, rx:page-number-citation-last, was added. SVG color names can be used in XSL-FO property values. Page labels reflect the XSL-FO page numbering in PDF output. Support for markers in SVG was added.
