Release Notes: This release adds dynamic DEVFS detection and options to allow the driver to be loaded with traditional character devices even when DEVFS is active. x10logd and x10attach are also updated to allow proper handling of HUP. There is also a workaround for a bug in the USB core in testing kernel version 2.4.21-rcX.
Release Notes: This version has a fix for a bug with the driver for the CM11A which caused X10 housecodes to be incorrectly displayed in the logs. It also introduces a better method to build and install the drivers so that the user does not have to have kernel source code to use the drivers.
Release Notes: This release includes code cleanup to make the drivers compile without warnings with gcc version 3.3.3.
Release Notes: This release implements the X10 state machine in user space, leaving only the /dev device code in the kernel module. Version 2.0.6 has been tested with kernels 2.4.20 through 2.4.24 as well as 2.6.0 through 2.6.7. Note that the PowerLinc USB only works with kernel 2.6.7 or higher due to issues with earlier versions of the USB drivers in the kernel.
Release Notes: This version is a complete rewrite of the X10 driver to maximize portability and remove dependencies on the kernel versions. This version has been tested with kernel 2.4 and 2.6. This alpha release is intended to gain a broad audience of testers to identify bugs introduced in the rewrite.
Release Notes: This version fixes a code syntax error that is caught with versions of gcc greater than 2.96.
