Release Notes: This release uses pkg-config for libraries and compiles with GCC 3.4. UniConf is much more complete and stable with the addition of many new generators, backends, and monikers. The UniConf Daemon does authentication and was ported to Windows. WvSSLStream now does certificate validation. The UnitTesting framework has been updated to more completely test the entire library. A base library, libwvbase, was created. This means that WvStreams programs using the most common parts of the API will link against only one shared library. There were many bugfixes.
